My Top Ten Gluten Free Must Haves: Part 1

Here is the first and most important thing in my Gluten Free arsenal. I hope that others out there try this item because..well..it’s awesome for one and convenient for two..do we need another reason?

#1. Schar Classic White Rolls: These majestic little rolls..oh how I love them! They are from Europe and are now sold at regular grocery stores here in the U.S. They are gluten free and dairy free and are really diverse and very tasty. The secret to them is to make sure that you heat them up, either by oven or toaster, I even have a great way to make them into french toast..(that recipe will come later..) So if you happen to see these little gems at the grocery store, for goodness sakes pick them up and try them!

While I’m at it I am going to mention the next item in my top ten as it pertains to item #1:

#2. Schar multi grain bread: This comes again from our European friends as a cute little loaf this time, sliced for your convenience. Normally I do not like premade gluten free loaves and usually end up making my own from scratch, but this one is certainly worth a try (my picky eater likes this!) It only stays fresh for a few days so I usually freeze half the loaf so there isn’t any waste (very important when trying to survive the costs of a gluten free way of living). This again is a very versatile item and can be found at most grocery stores.
