Sewing fun

Our friend A came over to visit this week and together she and Annie devised a very clever sewing technique! Using some wool tied onto the end of a paper clip A and Annie made a sewing needle and proceeded to sew pieces of paper together to make a very cool blanket. Annie is planning to hang it on her bedroom wall like the quilts we have hanging in the corridor.
Heidi wanted to join in the fun and with some help she sewed two pieces of paper together to make a book. Later on Annie and Heidi worked together to write and color in the book.

I am incredibly impressed with the ingenuity of both A and Annie devising this clever sewing technique
