QOTD: How would you deal with this?

I have Asperger's and yesterday my cousin and I got into a huge fight. Well she was saying some hateful things about me having autism...such as "Well ur b****iness is the autism coming out of you" and offensive stuff like that and now shes going around telling everybody that I have it when it is no one's business and it most certainly ain't any of hers and now every time she gets mad at me..she uses that against me.
Have any of you been in a situation like this? And if so, how did you deal with it?
