I had such a cool day at work recently – I got to play with the first of my VR healthcare education environments using Occulus Rift. It’s also available for our students to use on their laptop, Google Cardboard, on their phones etc. So amazing to see my project becoming a reality – I hope the students love this way of bridging the gap between classroom theory and clinical practice! Being allowed to work on this idea of mine and develop it into a project is part of the reason why I am so proud to work for Bournemouth University.
