GFCF BBQ Sauce, Recipe of the Week

With the 4th of July right around the corner, we provide this GFCF BBQ Sauce.
(Gluten Free Casein Free)

1 cup ketchup
¼ cup of water
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
3 TB olive oil
2 t paprika
2 t chili powder
1 t cumin
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 t minced onion
½ t cayenne pepper
1 t ground brown mustard
1 t kosher salt
½ t black pepper
½ t ground ginger
Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan. Simmer on low heat.
