Creating Opportunities

Another wonderful game.  Of course, the technique has evolved.  The balls that drop right in front of the tee become fielded in left field (with just a quick kick or toss from the player's buddy).  A ball in play now gets tossed around from player to player before returning to the pitcher.  While we are not promoting that everyone gets an equal turn, everyone gets a trophy, or my turn his turn; we do want team members to have the opportunity to participate.  So we create opportunity.  And a grandpa pinch hitting is highly acceptable.

And oh, the end of the game.  I love it.  Both sides get together and sing, 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame'.

They are even learning the words.  I can't wait until next season.
