Saturday Madnesss

Saturday Well not that I want to rush the weekend. Heck half the time I don’t even know what day it is.. My dad picked up the boys on Friday and they are staying until Monday morning. Ahhhh the peacefulness… wait a minute what peacefulness… Brittany has been so crabby, clingy and fussy. She has been running low grade fevers which leads me to believe she is teething. She has been napping twice a day and when she naps holy wowsers it’s over an hour or even maybe two. Which is not normal for her. I am wondering if she has yet another ear infection.

Saturday was an okay day however that darn dog we have. He is way to HYPER. He is 7 months. Poor Brittany gets knocked down by him when he is hyper. Well I started cleaning yesterday and I walked away for alittle while to make breakfast for Brittany. I went to go get my vacuum clean and the dog decided that the cord looked delicious… Yep you got it right he chewed the darn cord. It is not even fixable. He got the cord right by the plug. That wasn’t even what ticked me off the most. I then sat down and was watching Brittany eat breakfast. When I seen the dog put his paws up on the stove. I screamed for him to get done. Well along with him getting down was a loud SHATTER. My pyrex dish was shattered to a million pieces. So I had to put Brittany in her crib so I could clean it up. Mind you I had a few choice words there and was so mad. I cleaned it up the best I could. I just hope I got all the glass.
I decided to bake a cherry bread yesterday. Well at first it looked really good when it came out of the oven. I went back to look at it and the darn middle dropped in the bread. I saw it wasn’t done. Sigh… I had already put it in the rack to cool and soaked the bread pan. So it’s back to the drawing board on that bread again. Just not today. I made snicker cookies too yesterday.
Well not that I rambled how my Saturday was. I hope that you all have had a great weekend!
