Aeir Talk – an Awesome App – needs Your Help

I’ve been waiting almost a year to make this post. Why? Well, We needed to have an iPad to really evaluate what my friend Joey Hill has done by creating the currently named “Aeir Talk” app.

This app is currently available in the Apple App store for FREE, and it’s been downloaded from all around the world.

It’s very simple to use, and easy to customize.

Now, for almost the past week I’ve been looking at at least 5 to 6 other apps on my son’s new iPad – and let’s just say this one seems the easiest to change things up. It gets down to the bare bones of what a child needs to communicate with an iPad app.

Now, Joey Hill developed a good app here – and I’m pleased to report he done good.

He has a passion to let everyone know about this app, and the big reason why he does this is due to the fact that he has two boys on the Spectrum.

You see, he made it for his kids to be able to learn how to talk, and that’s why he wanted to make it free to help everyone.

But, like any app – they have to be regularly updated – and therefore offering an app for free does have some limitations. So, it drastically needs funds to survive.

Joey wants to keep this project going to help even more families help their loved ones who are non-verbal and with Autism learn to communicate with ease. In order for him to do that he’s raising funds via indigogo to make this happen. This means that without a little more injection of cash flow, Joey might have to close up shop.

The app code needs to be upgraded for the upcoming iOS 6 update, and if it isn’t updated – the app will no longer be available and he’ll have to close up shop.
