  • I have found xanthan gum at Whole Foods and in the health food section at Giant Eagle. I have searched other parts of the regular super markets and it isn’t there. Check by the rice flour. It is expensive $12 for a bag, but it lasts forever. Most recipes I make or use only call for a 1/2 teaspoon here a teaspoon there. My last bag lasted 10 months and I bake often. If anyone else has a place they’ve found it, let us know.
